one quick question:
if i get an acoustic guitar (martin d-15 to be exact) with fishman electronics built-in, will the electronics in ANY way affect the quality of the sound of the guitar unplugged?

no bill, it won't. at least, not if you get it done by someone who knows what they're doing. i mean, you could give it to a moron who would chop your guitar in half with an axe, and that would suck, but otherwise, you should be ok. really, the sides of the guitar participate very little in producing the tone of the guitar, and you're only cutting out a tennie tiny little piece.

well i would be getting the electronics built-in from martin, so i hope i wouldn't be giving it to a moron :D
