good $1500-2000...?

I'm not a big fan of taylors...they feel very plasticy for a wood guitar.

$1100 is pretty damn good... really good actually. Around me, 310's are $950-1100. It is a real nice guitar, Isaac has one, and I believe about 2 or 3 others on here have em and absolutely love em. And Taylor's DO play like a dream no matter what anyone says... Their fingerboards are the best out there IMO

i love mine, but i purchased a 414ce LTD, which is basically just a cheaper 814ce with less aesthetic appeal- ES system, rosewood back and sides, sitka top, etc. etc. i didn't mind...love the simpler look. took off the pickguard and viola- pure beauty and elegance in playing. a lot of people say that taylor's sound is too bright, but i use my thumb, so it mellows it out and sounds beautiful. i love love love my 414. as for price, the range has already been listed. the nice part about LTD is that you still get a phenomenal guitar for around the same price as you normally would buy a 414..

the same or sometimes less than a regular 414ce

I'm trying to sell my 2003 Taylor 414. It's in mint condition (barely 2 months old) has been completely set up at a guitar shop (you buy it from guitar center and it's not even set up!) and comes with an incredibly unique, rare looking case. I have pictures, and references, and since I can't seem to find anyone who has money to spend lately, I've lowered the price AGAIN, from $1250 to $1150, shipping included. Anyone who's interested, IM me at onelgallagher or email me at cd1857@aol.com for more pics or info. It's a steal at this price, and I'm in desperate need of the cash! Win win!:)
