Advice for a new purchase
I have been playing for a year and half, for me this isnt very long, but i have learned alot by myself and through some theory classes i took. I currently play an epiphone and i think i am ready to move on and take my guitar playing to new heights with a better guitar...I am willing to spend up $450 (it isnt alot of money but i am a poor college student) so if anybodys knows what i could get the best "bang for my buck" i would be very thankful for your advice...

- Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

hasacdeez wrote:Alvarez all the way. If you don't want electronics you can get a really really nice one for 450 that will kick the crap out of the 110. I have an AJ60 which was 500 without the case, 600 with.

AD60 all the way man, what specific one do you have? mine was 600 with electronics and a case (specifically, its an AD60SC N)

i must say I highly reccommend Tacomas as well, although i dont know if your gonna be able to find one in your price range besides the little papoose one they make. I purchased a tacoma chief c2 about a year ago and im still amazed when i see and play it. the body style turned me off a bit, but eventually it grew on me and i learned to love it. the step down from the c2 is the c1 which runsaround 650ish i tihnk.
