what does a capo do :?: I have seen people use them and talk about them but i was wondering how do they effect the sound?

speaking of capos, how is that word pronounced?

cape-o or cap-o ? I pronounce it the latter, but my guitar teacher tends to draw the A

If you were gonna get a capo, I'd go for the kyser quick change.. or just quick change for that matter, Real easy to use. I can't stand anything else

I lost my quick change...now I'm stuck with this stupid orange elasticy thing that bends all my strings out of tune.

my ovation neck is too rounded, so my capo doesn't get all the strings the higher up i go. so, i have to sacrifice an E string.

yes, of the 2 things a capo can do, this is the more important ability of the capo. the other minor thing is to change the key of the song you wanna play. capo changes keys and of course increses sexual performance by at least 43 seconds
