Drive Guitars

Unread post by jeffro » Sat Jul 26, 2003 9:01 pm

Hey everyone, I have been playing guitar for awhile now and I really want to get an electric, I don't have the money to buy anything good, and i was hoping to get one of those guitar/amp combos because they've worked out for my friends, and i found an amazing deal on a guitar ive never heard of. It is A Drive Guitar Im going to put the link so you can see it. Please let me know if I shouldn't buy it or if it really is a good deal on a decent guitar.

i'm wary about ordering things online...it's better if you're able to play 'em and see how they sound. if you've never heard of it, then that's even worse. try to find a local dealer...you may get charged a little more or less, but at least you know how the guitar sounds and plays. you can't tell much from pixels.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

if its a guitar as cheap as that then theres not gonna be a big difference of sound between 2 of the same.... i really dont like guitar packages... and im not a big fan of guitars with 3 single coils...

dude, i dont know. sometimes those package deals can suck. so dedinately find a local area and play on the guitar if they have one. with such a strange brand u never know, and u can always ship the guitar back to musicians friend if u dont like it. from experience, i'd say save up your money and get a good guitar a little later. the wait might be frustrating but i'm sure you'll be much happier with a nice one. it'll be much better sounding, reliable, and you'll be prouder of it when you brag about the sweet guitar you just bought. 8)
Rock on, brother...i play guitar
