im a big big big taylor fan. in fact im gonna be buying a taylor soon (i hope) - the revoiced taylor dreads are AMAZING. IMO theyre everything martins want to be.
but the only way to choose is to play them side by side. its your ear.

That sounds like a pretty good price for the d-35 (list is $2600). There is no d-28v, you're probably thinking of the hd-28v (v = vintage appointments, just depends on whether you want it to look old-schoolKGrad5 wrote:i was thinking of buying a dreadnought and have been looking at some i might be interested and wanted to know some of your opinions, what do you guys think of the martin d-35? i saw one being sold for 1500 american, is that a good price for it? how bout the d-28v? as well waht are you opinons on taylor 810, 710 and w-10, looking for a really nice accoustic sound

yeah i saw a martin 2002 d-35 on ebay for 1500 im not good with pricing, i think im gonna head down to good ol cosmo music soon and play around with their martins and taylors
would i ruin the sound of the guitar by installing a pickup? should i just stay with an accoustic? or go accoustic/electric? i dont currently own an amp but i could see myself buying one in the future..
thanks again

theres not much of a difference between guitars without pickups and with pickups (of the same model) .... especially not if you get the ES

well the only reason i ask is my guitar is currently an accoustic electric pretty nice one, yamaha cpx15 i relaly like the play but the only thing is, the pickup tends to buzz for some reason when im playing sometimes, sometimes tightnening/loosening the screws stops it but i dont know why its doing that, maybe im wrong and it isnt even the pickup?

well its inside a yamaha it cant be the best pickup ever. however, the ES system is supposed to produce no feedback.
