Your own guitar

if you could design your own guitar (and it was realistic... not masters grade brazillian rosewood with highly figured redwood and abalone purfling with a full fretboard inlay and an inlay on the back... ok NOTHING LIKE A MARTIN D-50) what would yours be?
mine:
  • Sitka Spruce Top
  • Cocobolo Back/sides (Masters Grade)
  • Flamed Koa Binding
  • No Pickguard
  • ES Pickups
  • Florentine Cutaway
  • Cindy OR Gothic Vine inlay
  • Abalone Rosette
  • Ebony Headstock with gold tuners/buttons
  • Headstock/bridge inlays to match the fretboard inlay
  • Abalone purfling on top (just as long as its not all those features :))
anyway.... im betting that would be expensive... wow... it would be amazing though.. :D ... obviously this is a taylor because if the ES system and inlay choices... i just thought this would be a fun topic

cool thread. the 814, if i ever actually get ahold of it, woud be my own guitar, but if i had to pick another.....

-taylor jumbo 12 string cutaway with an ES that isn't broken and doesn't take a month to ship
-koa back and sides, 3 piece back
-rosewood binding
-engleman spruce top
-gloss finish
-ebony fretboard, headstock overlay, and tuners
-cant decide between the gothic vine thingy and the Cindy inlay
-agoya shell rosette
-torch inlay on the headstock

OR actually i would really like a 2002 ltd 614ce, but they only make the 610 in ltd i think...
