Has anyone ever used a roll-up piano?

I saw one of these, and was thinking of picking one up to mess around with. I could add some piano chords behind some of my acoustic recordings if it has decent sound quality. If anyone has ever played one, how does it play? I don't play piano, but I could learn a little bit with one of these.

just get a cheapish keyboard. because if you don't know how to play I wouldn't suggest using something like that. it has ok tone, not very good, a keyboard can deliver more. I'd suggest of course learning stuff on an actual piano because of the weighted keys, but I don't think it would be a good idea to learn with it flat.

I agree. I have a pretty cheap (around $200) Yamaha keyboard that I use on recordings for both piano stuff and bass stuff and it does the job pretty well.
