Acoustic Pickup ?'s

Unread post by philtheman » Tue Jul 11, 2006 1:17 am

Does anyone know anything about the LR Baggs Dualsource pickup/mic/preamp. I'm thinking about putting it in my Martin 6 string but I've only heard that it sounds really nice from one of my friends who put it in his Martin HD-35. So any feedback would help alot, negative or positive. Thanks

i use Fishman on all my guitars except the HD-28V, due to the long (through) saddle. I use an L.R. Baggs Ibeam Active, which I think you should consider because of it's powerful and articulate sound. You can get them very cheap, especially at http://www.guitarsaddles.com

Hope that helps, and let me know if u need any help on the install!
