i know its a cocky title but im more excited right now than you can imagine. i've added a new guitar to my collection. none other than....
the dm3md.
every good thing you've heard about it is true. it's freaking gorgeous and the sound is better. its loud and boomy as FUCK.

I am not jealous either, there was a time when i would have been, but no more. Ive decided to build my own custom acoustic, with MY signature on the 19th fret.

That's exciting. What builder are you going with? Or are you literally building your own?

i am building it myself for the most part, but i'm having the tricky stuff (like the top and back joining and the rossette inlay, fingerboard radiusing and slotting, side and binding bending and truss rod routing) done at a shop. I'm doing everything else myself, and im gonna be absolutely compulsive about it. I'm really looking forward to it, im just still deciding on a topwood, i cant decide between sitka spruce and cedar...
im fucking psyched though
