'75 Fender Vibro Champ + other

I have a 1975 Fender Vibro Champ. Its in near perfect condition. The only problem is its a little dirty. Its really dusty inside and out, and part of the metal is rusted (luckily just decoration). So how do I clean this without ruining it? I know i can just take a vacuum to get some of it out, but as for actually cleaning the electronics and stuff like that, how would i do it?

Also I have an old Citation SG from around the same time. First, I highly doubt this, can anyone tell me how much its worth? Also I need to get inside to fix part of the pickup but a screw is stripped. Whats a good way to get the stripped screw off without breaking the pick gaurd?
