GuItar Brands Aren't THAT Big Of A Deal

Come on now, does the brand of guitars really matter that much? I mean, yeah, Martins and Taylors are totally sweet and sound incredible, but the guitar does not make the player. If someone's a phenomenol guitarist, then he or she can make any guitar sound good. You could probably give Clapton some piece of junk and he'd still bust out with his amazing ability. Just food for thought...

the guitar does matter, although the player does matter more. dave could probably make a fender acoustic sound better than i can make a taylor, but theres an obvious difference if he were to play both just to make an example. so yes, it does matter. :)
