S101 Guitars

My pa brought home an S101 electric guitar. I've never heard of them. I googled the brand and found a couple things. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about them? The model is EFT22AW. I know this isn't an expensive guitar just by looking at it... but it's nice to know more about it.

my friend use to have a S101 it was a strat copy, it sounded like total crap, the pickups absolutly sucked crap, the neck was crap it felt like a tree branch, it jack kept getting lose every other time it got plugged in. it couldnt stay in tune for its life(i felt like i was playing boyds violin).but ya it sucked crap.
