First off, It was a pleasure dealing with this man in every aspect you could think of. His website was laid out very nicely and had all of the information you could want to self inform one about guitar saddles. How the various materials sound, what shape and size you would need, installation instructions that give you the confidence to do it yourself and know that you made the right choice for materials. After reviewing his website I put in an Order for a Vintage bone Martin saddle and some bone bridge pins with ebony inlay in which I called to make sure that they were in stock and of course they were. The day I put in the order (Friday) Bob had it mailed out priority mail with bubble wrap around the products and Extremely Detailed color instructions along with the products. I recieved the products on the following Monday and they are really good products after very close inspection. The Saddle is almost ready to be dropped in and just needs some fit sanding and the Bridge pins just need a bit of fit sanding as well. As soon as I get these installed I'll put up some pictures and general impressions of the new sound coming outa my Martin.

All in all I would highly recommend dealing with this gentleman in the future he truely has great customer service and products.

No place to host the pics but Everything looks great.

As far as the installation. Saddle went great and fast, the bridge pins on the other hand took me about 2 hours to sand each one down to size but after that fit perfectly.

After tuning it up it sounds like night and day. The guitar has a much more sustained full sound to it and every note can be heard much better than everything blending in together. I'd recommend this highly. Anyway just thought i'd throw up a review.

peace,
cj

I've done business with Bob on a few occasions and have always been more than satisfied.
