Right now I am using my computer speakers as monitors for my recordings. They obviously arent doing much good. So I thought to avoid having to spend a couple hundred dollars on actual monitors, I could use my stereo speakers. I was wondering if this would work. And, if so, how I would go about connecting them to my computer. Keep in mind I have no digital recorder. Just computer software and a small mixing board.
I had the idea of plugging the aux outs in the back of the stereo into the speaker spots on the back of the computer. Would this work right? If not, what other way would I be able to do it?
