Hi, I haven't been playing guitar very long and I've never really recorded anything before... but I just bought some new equipment a few months ago and I've been playing around with it.
I currently use...
Fishman Acoustic Natural Matrix II Pickup : (new to me) had for 1 week
Martin D-28 Guitar
Marshall AS50R Acoustic Amp: (new to me) had for 1 week
Shure SM58 Microphone: (new to me) had for 1 week
Logitech USB Microphone
The 1st part of the recording is my Shure microphone plugged into channel 2 of my amp, and my guitar plugged into channel 1 with my Logitech Mic sitting in front of the amp... (I know this wouldn't be a good way to record, but think of it more as a means of troubleshooting my sound problem). The microphone sounds really far away, almost like it echoes, and the guitar has this really annoying sound to it. *EDIT* Not to mention, the mic and guitar ALWAYS sound like this, not just from being recorded, I just had my stepdad listen to it and he said it sounds the same way as in the recording.
The 2nd part... is just me and my guitar playing into the logitech microphone... which sounds fairly decent... no erroneous noise or anything.
So anyway, if anyone knows why it does this I would really appreciate some shed light...
Was my pickup installed incorrectly?
Is my amp messed up?
Do I have some settings on my amp messed up?
Is there just an interference problem going from amp to another mic source?
I hardly know anything about these tools... so the answer is probably rather simple, but still, I'd prefer to see if someone online knows rather than taking it all to a repair shop or something.

So... if anyone might know what the problem is, HELP!!!
Sound problem...

Yeah, 3 prongs on the amp power cord. Not much of an electrical engineer by any means, how would I go about grounding it? it's sitting on the floor in the middle of my room. And I've tried using all equipment at various lengths away... sitting around 12 feet away with both guitar & shure mic... as well as moving my USB mic various lengths away.
