Chet Atkins SST

i think this has been posted before but i couldnt find anything so fogive me, but, how does the Epiphone Chet Atkins SST compare to the Gibson Chet?

Its not the Gibson. Works fine, good guitar for the money, serves the same purpose of live band playing, but it is no Gibson.

depends on what you're playing, i'd say. if you're playing with an electric guitar or other lead instrument, it won't matter much (if it sounds good compared to GREAT), because the ear won't be listening to you so much as the lead instrument.

i have the epi. i like it just fine, i use it toplay with a full band at my church and record. its no gibson, i love it, but its no gibson

he owns one too...
Its my Raised B guitar. Got it off Ebay for $230 brand new(said used but there were no scratches or anything of that sort). Now its just kinda torn up, but still serves a purpose.
