I have a fender Twin Reverb which yesterday started kinda cracking a little. today i messed around with it and found that its really only the low end thats causing the cracks and pops, and I was wondering if you guys had any remedies before I take it to the shop.

change cables, i had a cable go once and the bass got all crackily like

thats it. ive got a cable, fucks up my sound, another makes it great. so the cable is messed up.

try a new cable, I think that might fix your problem, just a thought though
