Acoustic Electric or Acoustic w/ Mic?

I'm buying a new guitar soon and was wondering which you guys think is the better way to go. I'm thinking the latter since you get a better guitar for the money and not paying for electronics.

Get a regular acoustic, and equip it with one later when you have the money.

Best way to go becuase it will let you buy a better guitar now and upgrade to electronics when you need to.

Unless you can scrounge the money for an expression system equipped Taylor.

agreed. plus no matter what kind of pickup you put in it, miced ownes plugged. so you want to get the best sound possible out of your sound hole and your pickup will be second best.
