For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again

Eh, the cutaways on Tak and Alverez dreads are ugly as sin, imo.

I would look at Alverez, Taks, and Michael Kelly. Check out the MK ones, they are very nice for their price. But, they aren't available everywhere, so if you can't get a handle on those, go for the Alvarez, but if you can spend a little more money a Tak would be better imo.

I have a Fender GA-45SCE. When I bought it like 4-5 years ago it was a little over $1000 (I got some customizations done to it as well), but it's easily $500-600 now.

THe body style is exactly that of a Taylor 914ce, it has an amazing action and smooth tone, and the pickups are beautiful. I would highly suggest this guitar.

in one of your videos, you can see the soundhole, and until the "lets hear your set-up" thread, I could have sworn it was 914.

That's why I love my guitar :P

I've played enough 914ce's and 714ce's to rank my guitar among those level of guitars for easness of action and smoothness of sound.

I got REALLY lucky when I chose this guitar.

I love my taylors. Though, I hope next time I got to guitar center they have that. All they have at mine are cheap fenders.

I would consider it a midlevel guitar if it's just the stock model. Mine I ordered with some upgraded woods on the back and the neck to give it a fuller sound.

I'm not sure I remember the names to be honest, it's been at least 4 years ;)

Some sort of rosewood for the back and a different kind of maple or something for the neck.
