hey everybody.
i've lately had a minor problem with my bass (Ibanez GSR200)
whenever i pluck my A string, my E string plays with it, its like it picks up the vibrations or something. since the E is the lowest sounding string...it tends to drown out whatever i'm trying to play...
even when i deliberately pull just the A and make sure not to touch anything else, when i silence the A after pulling it, theres still noise, and sure enough, its coming from my E string,
i hope you all understand what i'm trying to say and maybe some of you technical people can help me out, thanks a ton.

Check to make sure that the strings aren't touching (even a little bit) anywhere near the bridge or neck.
