Interested in this Alvarez

Went to the local guitar shop and found the PD80S for $454. It sounded really nice and I liked it a lot. I'm definitely interested in buying it but I found it online for a cheaper price (419-429) and even on ebay for 300. But I don't know if I can trust buying it from ebay or the risk of shipping it and all. Not sure if I should go for it, is this a decent price for this guitar?

They also had a AD80S but that was out of my price range, $649.

edit: Ok, i've been searching online and found this guitar for comparable prices. Now i'm not sure anymore...
