I have decided to sell my 12 string. Frankly, I just do not play it as much anymore. I will give my fellow DMBTabbers first crack at it before I advertise it elsewhere, I will officially put it up for sale next friday if there aren't any takers here.

Honestly, I am not sure how old it is. I have had it for about a year now and bought it used myself. It can't be much older than 2 years old I am sure of.
But I can assure you, it is in excellent condition. There is next to no fret wear and not a scratch or ding on the entire guitar. It has some pick wear near the sound hole, but I can barely see it unless held up to the light at the right angle.
The electronics work wonderfully and it sounds awesome plugged into my Fender Acoustasonic Jr. But, it can defintally hold it's own when not plugged in.
It holds it's tune rather well minus the second G string needs frequent adjusting if it hasn't been played in awhile or has just been put on. But other than that, I have never had a problem with it.

I am pretty interested. I need to wait a couple days to see if I want to throw that money out there, but it's a definite possibility!!!
