Try looking up some tab for Jason Mraz, Damien Rice, Howie Day or David Gray. They all use capos pretty regularly. I love my capo. I have 4 of them. I even have one I cut some of the rubber out so some strings could remain open while others are still "capoed." Same thing as putting it on backwards. :)

James Taylor is the first man to come to mind. The Master of the Capo, he gave the piece it's dignity back.

I would look into some Guster stuff. They love capos. I recommend "Demons", it is really easy. "Comfortable" by John Mayer is a fun one too.

The original version of Hotel California. Slap that capo on the 7th fret and go. Also Norwegian Wood is capoed at the 2nd fret if you're into Beatles.

if it's a kyser you can flip it over and use it to only hold down th A, D and G strings on the second fret and get some really pretty chord voicings out of it :)

Where do you capo No Woman No Cry?

You're not kidding about the Indigo Girls. More Simon and Garfunfunkel - America, Sound of Silence

Lots of Coldplay song.
Then just try to transpose songs that you play in EADGBE placing the capo on one of the roots notes of the song. You can come with great stuff, fills, different tones, mood... "Born to Run" by Springsteen is coll played with capo on second fret, there was a cool tab for this on a old "Guitar World Acoustic" issue.
