Taylor 614ce

Unread post by adamondo » Sat Mar 13, 2004 12:58 pm

I want this more than anyone on these boards will ever know. I have been in a 412ce craze but then, one look at this, and that changed. How much you think I would be expecting to pay for one of these? Does anyone on here play one and want to put in some input? Thanks

Hey,
I actually just got back from our local guitar emporium (taylor dealer)...They had a new 2004 614ce for 2800. Expect to pay around that for a new one...but you can get a used 614 for around 2000.

good luck!

Or don't. Call Buffalo Bros or Wildwood guitars and have them ship you one, it'll still be cheaper.

BTW: You can find out the purchase price of any Taylor by getting the retail off their website and applying the following formula:

Retail minus:

30% from guitar center or other national retailers
35% most locally owned guitar shops
40% from the larger local retailers who get a lot of 'net traffic. Wildwood, Buffalo Bros, and Guitar Trader.
