j/k sorry, it justs seems that this many post shouldn't be necessary to answer such a simple question. it just seems that lately, a lot of people around here have a strange obsession with sounding just like Dave...

so how would you know "lately"???...there has always been this kinda thing...this is about the 100th thread on what D'Addarios dave uses :lol:

i don't know if my last post seemed like i was angry, because i wasn't... so sorry if it looked that way...

i was just curious, it was an honest question- i would really like to know why everyone wants to sound just like dave? shouldn't we be more interested in discovering our own sound? and i've already heard the "this is a dave board, what do you expect" response. there has to be a deeper reason, right?

Maybe hes pissed about his disproportioned nose!...or maybe its because hes get it close to a camera...whatever the case may be

I dont like D'addrios either..but ive played EJ16's...nothing special, i may give those others a try. Dancer what do you use? same question to shane.

it was a joke because you have ur face in the camera...looks like wall eye vision (if youve seen hot shots...like im looking through one of those things in the doors of a hotel) more a joke about the picuture itself not your face.
