One or two miles and you cant ride a bike to get there? You must be even more lazy than I am. :)

Arent you like, 15? Or 16 or something? And youre not "allowed" to ride you bike on a major road? Sounds like you need to have a talk with mom about the ways of the world.

Basically what is happening is I have my 21st birthday, Christmas, my wedding and my college graduation within the next year. So I am going to be getting alot of stuff. I would like to pick up a nice acoustic amp, some delay pedals and such, maybe some money for a new guitar, or at least part of one. But I am focusing on the amp for now. Whats a good acoustic amp for reasonable price and that I can run some effects through?

Agree with shane, heard very good things about ultrasounds, and my friend has a nice fender.

oh Fender makes a great accoustic amp...the Accoustasonic I believe. My friend is buying one I think, and he plays on it every time he goes to our local music store, and it plays like a dream. I think it goes for like 4 or 5 hundred, but it's worth it. It's got an extra mic imput cause the sound is just so clear and powerful. If you dont feel like spending that much check out a Pignose or the Accoustasonic Junoir.
