i'm looking at the 12 string version of this guitar (i think) - http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/ ... sku=518738

besides online, do large stores like guitar center carry these? i have no idea where i'm going to get this is its not at a store near me - any help would be appreciated, thanks

ya, yairi's also own, hand made by a series of luthiers using Mr. Yairi's methods.

Dude, they made a replica of the chet that i want SOOOOOO bad! someone on the baoprds has one. cant remember the model name, but it looks just liek the chet and i have to assume it wounds 100x better.

usually ebay isa your best bet.

have you checked out the Aj60sc12? all maple back and sides. looks and sounds sweet.

no i haven't, but i'll certainly give it a look
however, although i haven't had a lot of experience buying guitars, i'd much rather play it first than get one online, but if that is the best/only option, i guess i don't have a choice.

no i haven't, but i'll certainly give it a look
however, although i haven't had a lot of experience buying guitars, i'd much rather play it first than get one online, but if that is the best/only option, i guess i don't have a choice.
i knwo someone here has the AJ60sc 12 strring. i am sure you can get them to post a clip.

i bought my alvarez without hearing it and was happy.

i dunno. sucks more places dont sell them.

i THINK the closest guitar center is outside of charlotte. that's where i got my martin at. good store. you should just call them and ask them if they have it

i'm going to check at home first, but definitely if i can't find one up there i'm gonna check some stores in charlotte and greensboro - thanks mitch
