you guys can make fun of me if you want. you can scream about name brands and blah blah blah forever. but my uncle, who has been playing the blues for longer than i've been alive just got this guitar http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=g ... id/514020/

i played it. baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadass. don't listen and go ahead and spend 650 bucks on one. but my 2 cents, i've played one and my uncle ownes it. it's awesome.

...the only problem i found was the switch. it's a little loud. i would replace the switch in it.

Washburn make good stuff, I've heard. So I don't find that surprising. Way to go

I've got a DeArmond Starfire guitar that is like a Gibson ES335 nock-off. It's better than just a nock-off though, they were made in Korea with USA humbuckers. The company went out of business, but thier guitars were great for the money. I think they were the lower-end Guild's. But, the pickups on DeArmond's were highy regarded. They are getting rarer and more sought after now, but you can still get a DeArmond Starfire for around 400 or less off of ebay.

Big recommend for a jazz guitar. :!:

Im talkin hollowbody--

ive tried Ibanez Artcore series and they seemed pretty good. .but i havent had the chance to try many others. Anything i should look for?

THANK YOU!
the dude from Soulive uses an artcore, and he sounds freagin amazing.
So does John Scofield.
im pretty sure prince does too.
prince plays the guitar shaped like that symbol he has
ya but he plays more then that like his hohner tele., that one guitar u said, the cloud series, an ibanez hollowbody im guessing is an artcore, and many more.
