Larrivees have great craftsmanship and you can tell they have more attention to detail than martins or taylors of the same price range, but for some reason my OM doesnt play as well as the martins. I like its tone- its something different than martins but not as bright as taylors, but the neck is a hair bit wider and it just isnt as easy to play, so it usually hangs on the wall over my M-36 or something. It isnt bad and I like the guitar but is just not good enough to pick up all the time over some others

i think ill go play it now......................asdf;lkjasd;flkjasg;lkhasd;ljk

I wouldn't ever pawn a guitar. Pawn shops never know what they have and dont pay enough. I'd sell it on ebay if anything.
well, by pawn i meant sell it to a used guitar store. i would never give a guitar to a pawn shop either.

but i think some of the stuff you have (like the squier strat and the mexi strat) would be put to better use by selling them.

if you're thinking about a Larri then you might email the folks at http://www.guitaradoptions.com, you'd be able to get a standard OM-03 under 700$ and an OM-03R for somewhere between 7 and 8.

Ya i like it praisedave for the price. It only cost me 200 dollars new and it plays great for a cheap guitar. ill try and record something in the next month if i get home. Its also easy to play and feels great. What i want though is a Seagull. My brother just got one and I just love it.

cheers,

Jake
