I am 15 and dont have too much cash. Im willing to work and my dad says he will match however much $ i have so im looking for a guitar under 1200$

i love playing dave and would like a wider neck b/c i have large fingers I want an acoustic electric with not a too tinny sound any suggestions would be great

Get a guitar without a pickup then add one in later. If you buy one with a pickup you are paying about 200 more for the pickup which isnt that great to begin with. Otherwise to can put that same 200 to a better pickup and be better off, not getting screwed in guitar quality because you bought a pickup with it.

As for specific guitars, any Larrivee or a Martin D-15 or a Taylor 310 or 410

Look at the Martin D-16GT, that will fit the bill.
