Strings for cheap (Including Elixir and D'addario)

Unread post by EazyE » Sun Jan 29, 2006 7:00 pm

This is place is closing and they're selling off what they have left. I picked up some Elixirs ($9.50) and some D'addario Phosphor Bronze EXP Coated ($8.00). Not much stuff left, hopefully they still have a guage you like. Check it out here http://www.greatstrings.com/

I noticed Easy E with 6,000 posts or however many he has the other day. Didn't know of him when I joined. This is just the name I use on a lot of msg boards. Not trying to be an impostor or anything.

oh, I don't really care, I thought he might have made a new name or something.

Thanks for the link, I might have to try some D'addarios...I've wanted to for a while, but they're just so damn exensive.

I get my D'Addarios closer to $15 and Martins are cheaper but last about three days for me.

I just bought 2 sets of D'Addario EXP extra lights for $20 including shipping. Not too bad since I usually pay around $15 for one set. Thanks for the link!

me too, it sucks, im just a brute and wreak havoc on my strings, a fresh set will last about 2 weeks before a g or d breaks. Good thing this local dealer i know set me up, i get single strings for 55 cents a piece.
