How do you like that Hamblin? I am looking at an SJ myself (a little down the line...just got a 714 LTD), and would love to hear more feedback about it.

the hamblin.....in all honesty is a thing of magic. Kent is a wonderful wonderful man and amazing to work with. him and i have actually come to be really good friends. i went out and visited telluride last year and got to stop by and spend an afternoon with him and it couldn't have been any more of a better experience.
as for the guitar. A for tone and A for aesthetics. they're very simple looking guitars with all wood appointments and perfect bookmatching. the eng. top couldn't be any finer in quality and the ziricote b/s are to die for as well. tonally.........balanced and very piano like. the notes pop out and have great separation. not too much low, mid, or high but just enough of each. just a perfect guitar and i couldn't ask for more. when you order from kent, you don't only get a great guitar, but you get a great friend in the process. i highly recommend it. email me with any other ?'s or pics.

Mark,
I couldn't find your email. Do you have any pics of it? Also, I would love to hear any sound clips of it?

After I buy a d-35, I will never buy another non-Larrivee guitar ever. They are perfect.
