Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

its not solid... its 'Choice' ... aka making it sound better than saying laminate.

its a really good guitar. blueridge is a foreign company that uses designs and procedures used to make prewar martins. they sound pretty good and are for a good price.

Yea I have recommended them before as a low-middle end guitar.

But I wouldn't get the BR-70 or BR-73 because its just laminate brazilian rosewood, and for like 50 or 100 bucks more you can get solid mahogany back and sides.

I have played a BR-70 and it played well, but it was way too gaudy and the sound was so-so. Look into like a BR-140:

Check this one out:

It's got solid indian rosewood for under 495 bucks. WOW!
The reason being that it is shopworn and has a finish scrape on the neck, but otherwise is brand new and never owned. That will be a steal for someone who needs a good guitar at a cheap price. And of course at Elderly you get 3 days approval period to check out the guitar to see if you want to keep it.

I'd take the solid indian over laminate Braz too.
