like something which could do echos or delays or neat effects - I've seen them in music catalogues (Music 123 has a couple) - They all refer to it as an effects pedal, but maybe its called a simulator (?) - But yeah, basically something that can do neat stuff ala Tim Reynolds (just far less fancy) - You know what I mean?

if you wanna do tim typre stuff, look into boss's DD line of delay pedals...
Tim uses either a DD-5 or DD-6 (can't remeber which one it is), but those are rather expensive... i have a DD-3 and it can do some pretty cool stuff and it cost a lot less...

also Tim is very into using a volume pedal, which you may want to look into

Zoom makes one, it's about 100 bucks, but Zoom products tend to be worth it.

Yeah, Zoom's pedal looked pretty neat - does anyone have one? Does it do echo's or anything? Is it worth the money?

The Zoom 504II looks like what I was talking abotu - does anyone know about other similar items? Also, the Boss ones, are those only delay pedals or do they have other effects like the zoom one?

timmy uses the dd5

and the boss delay pedals (the ones that are DD-somthing) are only delay pedals

there are pedals (which are individual effects)
and then processers (which have many effects built in)

^^^^^^^im pretty sure about that stuff... correct me if im wrong... i think sbhanot was a bit confused
