guitar questoin

i think its cool and the string are off and i guess this guy got it with them off how does this affect the guitar? i know this has been brought up before, but that was with acoustac is there a difference since this is electric? any help is aprectiated.

any warping that has occured from lack of string tension can be fixed via truss rod. although i will say that the emg pickups are low quality imo

I say go for something else. You can get a better quality les Paul for not much more than that. Plus it will come with strings and you wont have to pay for repairs if it is broken.

i would never play anything i couldn't play first. every guitar is unique in some way.

Don't buy that. Save up more money to get a Gibson Les Paul Special Faded. They play and sound great, and are better than that.

I wouldn't pay that much for a used Epi. I'm not saying Epi's suck, but for a used one thats a little pricey. Of course I probably don't know what I'm talking about. I would say buy a strat, but that may start a big argument, so I'll just say tell him to play a bunch of different guitars and buy the exact guitar that he likes the most.
