My guitar is broke, can anyone help?

well my guitar itself isn't broke, just the output, or whatever its called. Where you plug in (sorry my mind went blank) isn't working. Its a Taylor 355 CE and the input is loose. Like when I plug in and then pull out the whole thing comes out with it (I hope that mader sense). It was still working, but now when I plug in nothing comes out through my amp or on my tuner. I am goign to call my local guitar shop but I was wondering if you guys had any ideas with what is going on
I think people think that maybe theres more chance I'll play if they sound mad and I'm like you guys are just pretending, I know why you go to the gym its for the steam room big boy, come in here with that '41' stuff, I see through that tiger DM 3-19

what year is it? i know the 03 models had a lot of issues with the electronics, so see what year then you prolly need to take it somewhere to someone who knows what their doing, preferably where you baught it, unless thats guitar center, they dont do great repairs from what i hear.

its an '02 and I bought it up in Nebraska, so its not really feesible for me to take it up there. But the place I go to here is a Taylor dealer, so I think I am going to call them and see what they say

thats probably all it is, and since I just re-strung my guitar I might wait a bit on that. Although I would still rather talk to someone abou tit first. Thanks for the info though

no thats not it, because then it would still work, hes getting no sound, hmm i thought the ES system was introduced in 03, is it an ES guitar, or fishman pickups? well anyway its a wiring issue along with what praise said.
