question about taylor guitars

Unread post by juineaux » Sat Oct 23, 2004 7:57 pm

I was at a music store today and I played one of the most beautiful looking(and sounding) guitars. It was a taylor 815ceL7, what does the L7 mean? It had a back and sides wood that I've never seen before(really really red, with black spiderwebbing and knots, and a figure like rosewood :D ), I mainly want to know what this wood is

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.
