Piezo pickup for bass
I have a hartke wk-4 electric bass with an active pickup and preamp. i would, however, like to find a more acoustic-ey sounding pickup (like a piezo) for more mellow-er songs. it'd be cool. Can somebody help me with this, because i have very little experience replacing and finding new parts for instruments. if its not possible to put it on an electric, just tell me, and i'll just, you know, crawl back into my corner and cry. it's cool

The forums there have SO much info. Register, post, make friends, etc. I know that you CAN in fact put piezos on the bridge for bass, I've seen it done, played them, the whole nine yards. Takes some tinkering but is possible.
