strats
i was wondering if anyone could answer a question i have. i changed strings on my standard strat the other day and i noticed that the bridge is really high. I was wondering if that could cause any problems.

my washburn has the trem pulled up a little bit at all times, it hasnt caused any serious tuning problems and i can trem higher too not just lower.
btw you can put new springs on yaself

mines up like 1/4 inch, but there isnt a meausureable diff in action. How will it damage the body or neck?

... okay... first of all i dont really care about my washy, been tryin to sell it... second of all i have a buddy with a fender strat and the back of the bridge is always like 3/4 of an inch off the body. and hows it gonna get ripped off? im confused are we talking about nthe same measurement.... (its out of proportion but you get the idea
