Quality of Alvarez?

Unread post by dmbgeek87 » Tue Sep 21, 2004 7:28 pm

I am just curious of peoples experiences with the specific company. Are they a good company if you are looking for a midrange guitar or should i be looking elsewhere? Thanks

I obviously support em/look at my name. Alvarez has the best Price to quality ratio of any brand out there. I have a martin, while it looks nicer, I play my Pro Series alvarez 90% of the time on stage. And at $350 its $850 cheaper than the martin. I also play a 12 string alvarez at $390 that sounds fantastic.

Nice, I was debating between the AD80SSB, MD95, but I settled with the PD100S N.
