Is Dave's Matchless a non-acoustic specific amp?
If this is so... what are the advantages of usig an acoustic amp?
Or is it a matter that the Matchless is so amazing... it's like an acoustic?
Thanks.

So do most here use an acoustic specific amp?
I'm starting a small group. For now I just want to be clear at the rehearsals and have the limitations of my sound be solely related to my limited ability.
(I'm a sax player 1st)
Alto: Selmer SBA
Sop: Yani. Copy
Alto Mpcs: Jon Van Wei (RIP) refinished Meyer 5 and Vintage Gregory Hollywood Master 4A
Sop Mpc: Vintage USA Meyer 5
Reeds: Alexander and ZZ
Thanks for the time.

IMO, the only time an acoustic amp should be used is if theres no PA system or no monitors...
