Below is the eBay address you can view my Taylor Custom W65e which is for sale

. Yes it is a sad day in my life. You can all read the rest of the story on the listing. I am posting this because I know there are some potential buyers (including rich high-schoolers apparently) here that I know would give it a good home. If you are serious, place a bid and email me at the address provided with any questions you might have.

That's not a Claro Walnut. Maybe a Claro top, but the sides and back are Grafted Walnut. It's still very nice. It even has the ES. Sweet.

You can read about it on the Taylor website. Check it out.
Scroll down near the bottom under the title "Walnut Windfall"
http://www.taylorguitars.com/news/company.html
Again, not saying it's a bad thing. But I wonder if he really did order it or thinks he'll get a higher price for it by saying it's an all Claro walnut like Dave Matthew's guitar.

According to the specifications listed on the Taylor website, the standard W65 was built with all claro walnut, front, back, and sides. That is what I specified when I ordered it. I would tend to believe and trust Taylor. If the light portion on the top and that back means it is not claro, than that is fine with me because it adds much more to the guitar. What ever it may be so be it. You have spiked my curiosity though. I might give a call out west later this afternoon.
