Can someone give me a website were I can order the 914ce, becuase my local guitar center doesnt carry that model, and the locally owned has the price at around 3,600 and I will not pay 1,000 more than the 2,500 every one has said i could buy it......
The guitar is like a woman.....it has and neck and a hole.....

Didn't you say it was used a couple of posts ago? I can find that thread for you, the one where I accused you of lying about it. You also said your friend lost his job at GC for selling it that cheap.

You are a damn liar.

Taylor MSRPs the thing at 5218.00; from their website.
This puts the purchase price for a new one at: $3131.00.

That's from one of the better dealers. Two of the best in the country are Buffalo Bros in SoCal and Wildwood Guitars in Louisville, CO.

a new 914ce will not have the older Cindy Inlay, I believe you have to go back to around 2000 for that. Also last year they produced a few limiteds with the Cindy, but they're highly prized and hard to find. The cindy inlay is a 1k upcharge from the factory. You'd still have to go through your dealer.

The best way to do all this is to find a Taylor Dealer with an older 914ce that is still new. That way it'll have the inlay and the warranty. IT'LL ALSO BE CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER. The Taylor dave plays is older with the old style neck, so it'll be more true to him.

Someone at the former Taylor forum could probably help you out. http://www.acousticguitarforum.com

Don't believe Beauford Kid. We had to force him to say that he actually bought a "slightly used one." and that his friend at Guitar Center lost his job when he sold it that cheap. Which is weird because you could probably find a 914ce used for 2500 easy.
