yeah i cant find one made for a dean or that are the exact dimensions so im just gonna buy one thats the closest and carefully get its perfect

Yup, usually you have to buy a block and sand it yourself (you can get customs, but they're harder to find)

this is the best option either way. just be very sure to have a nice flat bottom. also that the saddle slab does not bind before getting to the botom of the slot, you want it to move freely but not lean to on side or tht other. this will enable the most transfer of vibrations.
