Computer Recording Cards

My friend advised me to get an M-Audio Audiophile 2496 PCI card but those things run $100+ on ebay.

I've seen Echo Mia 2496 cards in the $60 range there.

If you had a $100 budget, what would you buy? One of those or something else? I want a PCI card as my USB ports are flaky to say the least.

And I did a search :P

Have you been able to find any reviews for the Echo Mia? That will be your best bet. You won't be disappointed by the M-Audio, I have an Audiophile and the quality is phenomenal. Never heard of Echo Mia, though, so I don't know anything about it.
