so if my amp and p.a. both buzz and then start talking with A.M. channels and eventually only a distorted guitar sounds comes out (no pedals) when i plug my taylor in and don't do the A.M channel thing when i plug my eletric in does that mean my taylor has a problem with it's pick up?

try a different chord, then a different amp, then if it still buzzes, its the pickup, fortunately wiht an acoustic you can fiddle with easier than other isntruments
