I bet the Les Paul acoustic can blow the Chet and the Crowdster. It's 3000 bucks. Take a look at it on gibson.com
Yes, I am in a box

I personally cannot stand Guilds. I have no idea why. To each their own. Anyway, my favorite would have to be some type of high end gibson
I like the pre-fender guilds, the new ones don't do it for me. Some of my favorite guitars are Larrivee, Lakewood and while I have never had one my hands I really like the aesthetics of Doolin guitars. The sound clips I've heard of them were awesome as well.

I love my Ovation.

Lots of people I know say they sound like shit, and give Ovations so much crap, but mine sounds really nice. The action is almost *unmentionable-guitar* low, and the sound is great.

The 15 sound holes are cool too. :p

I like my Augustino LoPrinzi M20. But it's very bassy ... When I'm playing some Dave songs it doesn't sound quite right. I have a Fishman Natural I pickup in it. I wanted the Natural II but they didn't have it. Perhaps that might make a difference.

Anyway, my next guitar is either a Gibson Les Paul or an older Epiphone Les Paul (pre-crap ones).
