Amp consideration: would this work?

edit: sigh angelfire is so dumb link to pic

im trying to see if it would be worth it for me to buy an electric amp, because i play both electric and acoustic and will probably play only acoustic after next year (at least in my praise band at youth group).

heres the general idea of the pic:

The electric output goes into the wah and then into the amp

The footswitch is plugged into the back of the amp

The acoustic output goes into the pedal board

The pedal board goes into a line selector switch which goes either into the effects loop for when i want to use the amp or into the PA where i want to be playing acoustic.

edit 2: the amp will also be plugged into the PA (different input into the system)

this is what i can think of best for when i would want to use delay or chorus on my acoustic but not reconfigure everything... this would seem to work best for easy switching during a set.

can anyone please tell me what i might be missing/screwing up?

I use a electric amp for my chet. just gives it a bit of the "Dave" kick. It would work with a regualr acoustic. just be ready for a little bit of a different sound.

that amp can get a pretty good acoustic tone, what im more worried about is the pedal board configuration...
