I like the polys its just easier to move around with and the tones a bit better.

I gave those an honest try, and I didnt like em. I didnt think their tone was as balanced as other strings, but what really turned me off was how fast they died. I switched to uncoated D'addario Mediums (EJ-17s) a while ago, and I cant believe I ever played anything else. Light strings blow monkey balls.
